Surplus food restaurant

Instock is fighting food waste in the Netherlands (they have 3 restaurants in total) by taking surplus ingredients from local supermarkets and making meals from them. As the chefs don’t know what ingredients they will have until the morning, the menu changes regularly. The meals are creative and delicious, and it is a wonderful cause to support. Bookings recommended.
